The Soft Power Restored Circle is a sacred, refined sisterhood for women who carry others, and now, are finally ready to be carried themselves.

This is where the leader comes to rest and restore.

You don’t need another space where you’re expected to be perfect.

The Soft Power Restored Circle is a sacred support group  for the woman who leads with her heart, carries the weight of others, but rarely gets carried herself.  It was created with just you in mind.

This bi-weekly small group is curated around monthly themes inspired by the E-book 'Self Love Commandments' by Charli Wright, MA, LMFT.

Each gathering begins with a moment of stillness and re-centering — a sacred pause after a full and demanding day.
You’ll then be guided through a soulful lesson on how to honor your true self and your deepest desires. From there, you will identify personal goals  that align with the month’s theme...not as a leader for others, but as a woman choosing herself.
And finally, you get to lean in — and lean on — your sacred sisters.
This is where you decompress, express yourself freely, and receive what you’ve been craving: support, understanding, and the ability to exhale.
Here, your goals are created from your needs, your voice, and your vision.
This is where you stop leading for everyone else… and start leading for you.

Each month inside the Soft Power Restored Circle you will be guided by a carefully curated monthly theme rooted in self-love, emotional wellness, leadership restoration, and personal growth for women. This bi-weekly women’s support group is designed to create depth, connection, and transformation, without feeling overwhelmed.
You will meet twice per month in live group support sessions and receive ongoing support all month long through our sacred sisterhood community.
Here’s how your month unfolds:


Week One — Clarity & Goal Setting


We gather for intentional communing, reflection, and emotional grounding. You’ll identify personal goals aligned with the month’s theme — focused on you, not the roles you play for others.
This is where self-leadership begins.

Week Two — Integration & Real-Life Practice


You’ll implement your goals in real time — practicing boundaries, self-worth, emotional awareness, and softness in your daily life.

This is where intention becomes embodiment.

Week Three — Reflection & Support

We re-commune to share wins and lessons (there are no losses here). You’ll receive non-judgmental support, loving accountability, and gentle guidance toward your self-identified goals.

We don’t push.

We love you forward.

Week Four — Sovereign Sisterhood Induction

You’ll be welcomed into our private Sovereign Circle WhatsApp Community — your ongoing emotional wellness support space.
Inside this sacred sisterhood, you will:

• Share thoughts, feelings, and reflections

1. What Self-Love Actually Looks Like- Not What Social Media Taught YOU


 Not the cute quotes. Not the bubble baths. The real work.
This month, we explore what loving yourself truly means in your choices, your standards, and your self-talk. You’ll learn how to tell the difference between self-care and self-betrayal.

Finally start choosing yourself without guilt.


2. Sacred Time vs. Isolation


Solitude is holy. Isolation is protective....and exhausting.

 This theme helps you identify the difference. Learn to enjoy your own company without cutting yourself off, and create a relationship with yourself that feels safe, nourishing, and whole.


3. Radical Accountability: Reclaiming Your Power


Let’s be honest — is it really all their fault?
This month is about taking your power back through emotional responsibility. When you release blame, you release the need for control.

Accountability isn’t punishment — it’s freedom.


4. The Art of Being: Going Inside


Before doing… there is being.

 This theme guides you into meditation, stillness, and inner awareness so you can hear your truth — not the noise of the world telling you who you should be. This is where alignment begins.


5. Boundaries That Protect Your Peace

Boundaries aren’t walls. They’re sacred gates.

 You’ll learn how to stop over-explaining, over-giving, and over-extending — and start honoring your emotional capacity without apology. Peace is not passive. It is protected.

It’s time to romance your own life.

 This month is about reconnecting with yourself through intentional solo time, pleasure, curiosity, and joy. You’ll relearn who you are when no one else is watching — and fall back in love with her.


7. Living Unapologetically


Stop shrinking. Stop explaining. Stop asking for permission.

 This theme teaches you how to honor what you like, want, and desire without guilt or excuses. You don’t need to justify your joy.


8. The Power of Self-Talk


Your words create your world.

 You’ll learn how to speak to yourself with authority, compassion, and intention — using affirmations and inner language to call in more of what you actually want.


9. Becoming Your Own Best Friend


Gentleness is strength in a softer form.

 This month is about learning how to treat yourself with the same care, loyalty, and grace you give everyone else. You deserve that love too.


10. Living Intentionally


Stop reacting. Start creating.

 This theme integrates physical, mental, emotional, and metaphysical awareness so you begin making life happen — instead of letting life happen to you.

FAQs

  • When and where does the women’s group start?

    The first Group starts Wednesday Feb 4th from 600pm-7:30 EST.


    The women’s group meets virtually bi-weekly, ideally the 1st and  3rd weeks of the month for 1.5hr . The first group will meet on Wednesdays.  However, I ask that you alot 2hrs of your time. The last half hours is for reflection and meditation. Don't just jump back into the chaos. Give yourself a chance to let it marinate so you can implement. 

  • When does the group meet and what should I bring?

    The group meets on Wednesday evenings 6p-7:30p EST. Bring a Journal, something cozy to keep you calm. 


    Set the mood for yourself. Light a candle, have a glass of wine to help settle. Get comfortable in a quiet space. This is your "me" time.

  • Are the sessions virtual or in-person?

    Sessions are virtual only for now.  

  • Will there be other days and times when a group will meet?

    Yes, as the need becomes greater, more groups with optional days and times will be created. For now, we meet on Wednesdays  from 6p-7:30p EST

  • How much are these sessions.

    The group is $150 for the month ($75/session). 


    The expectation is that you attend both live sessions in the month to gain the full experience.


    Sessions summer 2024 are $25 a session. Session can be paid by Credit Card, Debit Card, HSA/FSA, Venmo, CashApp and ApplePAY

  • Can I attend only one group?

    Each month there is a theme, the two live sessions are curated to be done together. Breaking them up would not allow you to gain the full benefits of the support group. There is an expectation that  you commit to the month and the cost of both live sessions. This is not just a commitment to the group, it;s a commitment to yourself. 

  • What will we do during each session?

    - First 5 minutes of session we will regulate our central nervouse system by engaging in simple mindfulness techniques. 

    - Next 10 mins: We will reconnect with ourself by practicing positive self talk. 

    - Then we will engage in the  theme and lesson for the month.

    - Then we share, commune, connect and exhale.

  • Is this a therapy group?

    No this is not a therapy group, it is a support circle. Although the group will have some psychological basis to it, we will have discussions and insight outside of the normal realms of therapy.

    Metaphysical & Spiritual Intelligence


    (For meaning, alignment, and inner truth)


    • Meditation & breathwork

    • Nervous system regulation

    • Energy awareness (what drains you / what fills you)

  • Do you take insurance?

    For this support group unfortunately we do not take insurance. 


    However, insurance is accepted through some private therapeutic sessions through WrightNOW Counseling.

  • Do you see client’s privately

    Yes, at WrightNOW Counseling we have Life Coaches, Licensed Therapist, Energy Therapist and Counselors all available to see clients individually and privately.   

  • How many people are in each group?

    For the purposes of creating a safe and intimate space, there will be a limit of 5 people per group. Space is very limited.
